Which credit cards do you accept?
We gladly accept MasterCard, Discover/Novus, VISA and American Express. We also accept personal, business and cashier’s checks as well as money orders. Please do not send cash.


Is my credit card number properly secured to prevent theft?
Your right to privacy is very important to us. We insure complete security and privacy to all of our customers. We have a secured server to handle your credit card account and we do not share our customer lists with anyone.


What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchases you make at cherrylingerie.com. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.


Can I cancel my order?
If your order has NOT been shipped, we are happy to cancel it and hope you shop with us again soon.


I canceled my order but I haven’t received a credit yet. How long do credits usually take to process?
We do not charge your credit card until the merchandise has been shipped. On returned items we submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt of the returned product; however it may take 7- 10 business days for you to receive your credit. Your credit should be reflected on your next credit card statement depending, of course, on your billing cycle.


Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
All of our merchandise is carefully inspected and chosen for its superior quality and fit. On the rare occasion that you are shipped damaged or defective merchandise, we are happy to replace it immediately. If the item is no longer available, we will happily refund your money.


Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
If you reside within the state of Georgia, our primary shipping location, you will be charged 8% sales tax as required by law. However, merchandise shipped outside of Georgia is sales tax exempt.


How are shipping charges calculated?
All orders are shipped through UPS and charges are calculated according to the UPS standards. Before check out you will be able to view what your shipping charges are in the shopping cart.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS Ground is 5 – 10 business days. Cashier checks, money orders and credit card orders are shipped immediately. Personal and business checks are shipped as soon as the check clears, usually 10 business days.


Can I have an order shipped to a post office box?
Just let us know where you would like your order shipped if different than your billing address. Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Can I ship my order to a different address?
Absolutely, just be sure to include the shipping address when you check out.
